Here is an early pre-contact, stone-carved Coastal Ramu River figure from the Deletaille Collection in Belgium. It has the classic long nose that connects to the naval, large, elongated head sitting low on the chest and a dry weathered patina with faint traces of red pigments. The piece dates to the late 19th century, is 10” (25.4 cm) in height and the price is available upon request.
